INSTALLMENT PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last Updated: July 31, 2026

These Installment Plan Terms and Conditions (the “Installment Terms“) describe the interest-free, in-house payment arrangements offered by WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. (“WFG“, “we“, “us“, “our“) for estate planning services. Please read them carefully before enrolling in an installment plan.

1. Scope of These Installment Terms

1.1 These Installment Terms apply to any in-house, interest-free installment plan that allows clients to pay for our estate planning services (including the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and related documents) over time instead of paying the full fee upfront.

1.2 These Installment Terms apply in addition to:

  • Our Website Terms and Conditions; and
  • Any written engagement or retainer agreement you sign with WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC.

1.3 If there is any conflict between these Installment Terms and your signed engagement/retainer agreement, the engagement/retainer agreement will govern the scope of legal services, and these Installment Terms will govern the installment payment arrangement, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. No Legal Advice; Attorney–Client Relationship

2.1 The information on this website, including these Installment Terms, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

2.2 Viewing our website, submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in an installment plan does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship with WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. is formed only when:

  • We formally accept your matter; and
  • You sign a written engagement or retainer agreement with us.

2.3 Estate planning services, including the drafting of wills, powers of attorney, and trusts under Wyoming law, are provided pursuant to the terms of your engagement/retainer agreement. These Installment Terms govern only how you pay for those services.

3. Eligibility for In-House Installment Plans

3.1 Our in-house installment plans are offered at our sole discretion and may be available for qualifying estate planning matters handled by WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. in Wyoming.

3.2 Eligibility criteria may include:

  • Acceptance of your matter and completion of our intake process.
  • Execution of a written engagement/retainer agreement.
  • Agreement to automatic or scheduled payments from a valid payment method.

3.3 We may decline, limit, or revoke installment plan eligibility at any time, including where:

  • We do not accept your matter for representation.
  • You have outstanding unpaid balances with us.
  • You fail to comply with these Installment Terms or your engagement/retainer agreement.

3.4 By enrolling in an installment plan, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

4. Fee Structure and Interest-Free Installment Schedule

4.1 The total fee for your estate planning services (the “Total Fee“) will be described in your engagement/retainer agreement and/or fee quote. Fees may be flat-fee or structured as otherwise agreed.

4.2 If you enroll in our standard interest-free in-house installment plan, you agree to pay the Total Fee as follows:

Upfront Payment (50%)

50% of the Total Fee is due at the time you sign your engagement/retainer agreement.

Subsequent Installments (6 × 10%)

The remaining 50% of the Total Fee is paid in six equal installments of 10% each, due on the following schedule:

  • 10% of the Total Fee due 30 days after the date of the upfront payment.
  • 10% of the Total Fee due 60 days after the date of the upfront payment.
  • 10% of the Total Fee due 90 days after the date of the upfront payment.
  • 10% of the Total Fee due 120 days after the date of the upfront payment.
  • 10% of the Total Fee due 150 days after the date of the upfront payment.
  • 10% of the Total Fee due 180 days after the date of the upfront payment.

4.3 No Interest:
Our in-house installment plans are interest-free. The total amount you pay under the installment schedule is the same as if you paid the Total Fee in full at the outset, except for any disclosed administrative or late fees, if applicable.

4.4 You authorize WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. (or our payment processor) to automatically charge your designated payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, ACH transfer, or other accepted method) for each installment on or after its due date.

5. Administrative Fees (No Interest)

5.1 WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. does not charge interest or percentage-based finance charges in connection with its in-house installment plans.

5.2 We may charge reasonable, flat administrative or processing fees related to setting up or maintaining installment arrangements. Any such fees:

  • Will be disclosed to you in advance; and
  • Will not be calculated as interest.

6. Late Payments, Default, and Collection

6.1 A payment is considered late if it is not received by the applicable due date in your installment schedule.

6.2 Where permitted by law and disclosed to you in advance, WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. may:

  • Assess a reasonable flat late fee for each missed or late installment.
  • Suspend or limit work on your matter until overdue amounts are paid.
  • Require payment of all or part of the remaining balance before resuming work.

6.3 In the event of continued non-payment, we may:

  • Cancel your installment plan and declare the remaining unpaid portion of the Total Fee immediately due and payable.
  • Withdraw from representation consistent with the Wyoming Rules of Professional Conduct and your engagement/retainer agreement.
  • Pursue lawful collection remedies to recover unpaid fees and costs.

6.4 You agree to be responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, to the extent permitted by Wyoming law and any engagement/retainer agreement you have signed.

7. Changes to Installment Schedule

7.1 You may request changes to your installment schedule (such as adjusting due dates or extending the payment period). WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. may:

  • Approve the requested change.
  • Offer alternative options.
  • Decline to modify the existing schedule.

7.2 Any approved changes will be documented in writing (including email or secure client-portal communication) and will amend your installment schedule accordingly.

8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination of Services

8.1 Your rights to cancel services and any applicable refunds are governed by:

  • Wyoming law; and
  • The terms of your engagement/retainer agreement and any written refund policy.

8.2 If your engagement with WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. is terminated while you are on an installment plan:

  • You remain responsible for payment of fees for work performed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
  • Any pre-paid amounts for work not performed may be refunded or credited, in accordance with Wyoming law, your engagement/retainer agreement, and our professional obligations.

8.3 We may terminate your installment arrangement and/or engagement for non-payment, fraud, misuse, or where continued representation would be inappropriate under Wyoming ethical rules. We will provide notice where required by law or professional rules.

9. Not a Consumer Loan; Wyoming Law

9.1 Our in-house installment plans are intended as fee payment arrangements for professional estate planning services and are not marketed as consumer loans or credit products. You pay only:

  • The agreed professional fees.
  • Applicable taxes.
  • Any disclosed administrative or late fees.

9.2 If Wyoming or federal law treats any installment arrangement as credit or a loan, WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. will comply with any required disclosures and regulations. Any additional required terms will be provided to you separately.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Installment Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

10.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Installment Terms or your installment plan will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in your engagement/retainer agreement and, where applicable, through the courts or arbitration forums specified therein, located in Wyoming.

11. Privacy and Security

11.1 We handle personal and payment information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11.2 While we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, you acknowledge that no online system is completely secure. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your payment information or account.

12. Changes to These Installment Terms

12.1 WYOMING FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. may update or modify these Installment Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website with the “Last Updated” date is the current version.

12.2 The version of the Installment Terms in effect at the time you enroll in an installment plan will apply to that plan, unless changes are required by law or expressly agreed between you and us in writing.
